All items are made to order, and our current processing time is **1-3 business weeks**. This means it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to be crafted and shipped. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, but we always aim to complete your order as quickly as possible.

If you have a specific deadline in mind, such as a gift or event, please **contact us before placing your order** to ensure we can accommodate your request. We’ll do our best to meet your needs, but please note that rush orders may incur additional fees.

**Shipping**

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the shipping method you selected. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but please be aware that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

As each item is made specifically for you, **all sales are final**. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
