**Lost or Damaged Items**
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your item is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via email gizzyemb@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
